Thank you for visiting our Website. We, Quick Consultants LLC., UIC 204784911, (“the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), take your privacy seriously. We are duly registered with the Employment Agency as a recruitment intermediary under No 2457 as of 14.02.2018 providing the following services: information and/or consultation of job seekers and employers; psychological support for jobseekers; directing adults to education; guidance on and assistance with starting work in the UK and other EU member states.

 

We ask you to take the time to read this Privacy Policy carefully. When using our Website to submit your job application or send us a request you’ll be required to confirm that you have read and understood and agree to this Privacy Policy. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to information gathered online at our Website.  They do not apply to information that you may provide to us offline or to websites maintained by other companies or organizations.

 

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not provide your personal data. We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice.  If we do, the most current version will always be available on our Website and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.

 

What Information Do We Collect About You and How We Collect It?

 

When submitting a job application to the Website, you will be asked to provide certain information which contains personal data. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to process your application and further assist you with the recruitment. We collect the following information about you:

 

Information provided by you in your CV, application form, covering letter and during the interview process[v4]  including: your name, age, gender, home address, personal email address, education, qualification and work experience details. 

Information collected or created by us during the recruitment process including: interview notes, correspondence between us.

Information obtained from third parties including public authorities (the Employment Agency). 

When using our contact form on the Website you will be asked to fill in your names, email and telephone numbr in order to enable us to send you a personalized response to your request.

 

When visitors leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Google Analytics

For users who register on our Website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can access, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also access your profile information.

 

How we use Personal Information?

 

We use your personal information for the purposes of the recruitment process, for assessing your suitability for the job, to communicate with you and to carry out reference checks.  We will also use your information to comply with legal and regulatory requirements under the Bulgarian Labour Code and the Ordinance on the terms and procedure for conducting recruitment intermediary activity.

 

We will use the information collected from you because: (1) it is necessary for us to do so before entering into an intermediary contract with you; (2)  we need to process your information in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation; or (3) because we or a third party have a legitimate interest to: (a) ensure the effective administration and management of the recruitment process; (b) ensure we hire a suitable individual for the job position; (c) deal with disputes and accidents and take legal or other professional advice; and (d) ascertain your fitness to work.

 

We will process your health data if required to do so under the applicable law and  (1) to consider whether we need to provide appropriate adjustments during the recruitment process and to ascertain your fitness to work; (2) to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation.  

 

Information that we share

 

We will only share your personal information with the following third parties for the purposes of processing your application: (1) public authorities (the Employment Agency), (2) employers. We will also share your personal data with our affiliates, partners and service providers for the purposes of administration, accounting and reporting purposes.

 

Retention of your information

 

We will retain your personal information for the duration of the recruitment process. If you are successful in applying for a position, your personal information will be retained for a further period for the purposes of signing and implementing of the intermediary agreement.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, transmissionr, and the right to withdraw consent and to complain to the Supervisory Authority.

 

What should you do if you have any complaints?

 

If you consider that our actions in connection with processing of your personal data violates your rights relating to personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission on the protection of personal data, address: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, email: kzld@cpdp.bg, and/or bring proceedings before the competent court, including the courts of the EU member state where you have your habitual residence.

 

In any case, it is advisable that you first address your complaint and/or request to us to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, before referring the matter to the competent authorities.

Cookies
