In 2008, Tom joined NK Agricultural Services as a director, during this time the company has grown into new sectors through CM Agriculture Ltd and founded PB Recruitment Solution Ltd to try and address a skill’s and staff shortage.

​

His work is his life, when it comes to his customers, nothing is ever too much trouble and he goes out of his way to support his employees.  He is the driving force behind the group and is looking forward to it growing from strength to strength.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Marta joined the team of Quick Consultants LLC in February 2018 and as a professional is dedicated to find people that are not only the best fit for the company, but also sharing the same values and are dedicated and reliable. 

Dale Bowden

Director

Dale started in the poultry industry in the 80’s, when he used to bike 10 miles to jump into a unit to haul poultry.

He soon decided that he wanted to run his own business and purchased his own HGV and continues to haul for the same company as a contractor.

Dale branched into many businesses but kept his roots in poultry with haulage/catching/vaccination.
